I offer different levels of workouts in this program, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You can train like Sarah workout split, with an optional 6th day (cardio + abs) up to 60 minutes per session. My workout sessions are flexible, so you can choose to train at the gym or at home. At home, you will need bands & dumbbells.
